INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender, then blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
