INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- ½ bunch cilantro, about ¾ cup lightly packed
- 1 cup (lightly packed) baby spinach
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled or unpeeled (see notes)
- ½-inch piece ginger root, peeled or unpeeled (see notes)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
