BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Blend coconut water, blueberries, banana, yogurt and flax seeds together in a high-powered blender for 30 seconds, or until creamy.
