Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk or your choice of milk
- 2 cups frozen raspberries (10 oz)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 banana frozen
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- Optional add-ins
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla protein powder optional
- 1 cup spinach optional
Instructions
- Add ingredients in the order listed to the container of a Vitamix blender (or another high-powered blender).
- Blend, starting on low speed an increasing to high. Use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
