Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cups cherries pitted and frozen (10 oz)
- 1 banana frozen
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Put ingredients in the order listed in the container of a Vitamix, or another high-powered blender.
- Secure the lid and blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, for 50-60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into 4 glasses and enjoy.
