Cherry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups cherries pitted and frozen (10 oz)
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Put ingredients in the order listed in the container of a Vitamix, or another high-powered blender.
  • Secure the lid and blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, for 50-60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into 4 glasses and enjoy.
