Healthy Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or your choice of milk
  • 1 ½ cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ taspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)

Instructions 

  • Place the ingredients in the order listed in the container of a Vitamix blender.
  • Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high until the mixture is smooth (about 30 -60 seconds).
  • Pour into glasses and serve
